Vehicle NVH
Resolving an intrusive cabin noise during vehicle development
A structured investigation combined subjective assessment with
targeted acoustic and vibration measurements to isolate the
dominant transfer path and identify the conditions in which the
issue became objectionable.
The engineering team received clear evidence of the source and
a focused route for countermeasure development and validation.
EV & E-Drive
Characterising electric drive unit tonal noise
Frequency and order-based analysis was used to separate drive-unit
tones from road, tyre and structural contributions across the
operating range.
The programme gained a repeatable baseline for comparing design
changes and demonstrating whether modifications delivered a
genuine acoustic improvement.
Component Testing
